Van had an obvious fuel line leak. we had repaired it with a splice and fixed it ourselves a couple months ago. it started leaking again at the splice. It was leaking so bad the motor struggled to turn over. we took the van to Steves and told him to replace the fuel line. his bird brain mechanic thought he could fool us by telling us the van doesnt have a fuel leak and that its hard to start because of old spark plugs. We told him it does have a fuel line leak and he said maybe the gas tank has a hole in it. We picked up the van and took it somewhere else. my two year old even smelled the gas leak. this mechanic working for steve will rip you off if you dont know much about working on cars. he must have thought my husband and i where dumb. Hes been ripping off a family member of ours for years. we tell him not to take his vehicles there but he does because he is under the impression he cuts him good deals. well he is easily fooled because he is not mechanically inclined. beware! we only went there on the suggestion of this family member. This guy will think you are a fool and try to screw you over too. Do not trust him.
